• Identify and manage risk areas to drive full issue resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review artifacts to keep projects on track and scalable.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and clients to design solutions.
• Contribute to program vision, monitor delivery, and advise on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
