Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering ROI through practical, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. You’ll work with delivery managers, architects, and client teams to understand requirements and craft end‑to‑end technology solutions.

This role requires excellent presentation and communication skills, a talent for translating business needs into technical design, and a willingness to travel about

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate rationale to diverse collaborators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to develop audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience translating business user stories into technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Participate as a part of a team on internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying new technologies that drive increased business value.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and prescriptively.
• Identify and address risk areas and drive issues to resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review and refine key artifacts to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Architects to design technology solutions.
• Contribute to program vision and monitor delivery of program elements.
