Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Core, to serve as a primary technical contact throughout sales cycles and product implementation for our core identity verification products.

You will collaborate across Sales, Data Science, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions, design POCs, and translate technical results into business value for enterprise clients. This is a remote role with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science or other relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in professional services, customer management, or sales engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales in business development activities, including presenting core products and solutions to prospective clients and contributing to SOWs and pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Science on Proof-of-Concept (POC) design and execution.
• Tailor strategies and recommendations for prospective clients using industry/domain expertise.
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback for product innovation.
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.
• Translate complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
