Job summary

Socure is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant, Core, to be a primary technical contact throughout sales and implementation for our identity verification products. You will tailor solutions to client needs and coordinate across departments to keep our products at the industry forefront.

You will collaborate with Sales, Data Science, Product Development, and Marketing to design POCs, craft strategies, and produce thought leadership content, while mentoring junior team members and translating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science, or related field preferred
• 8+ years in professional services consulting, customer management, or sales engineering
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics, technology, or software engagements
• SaaS sales process experience is a plus
• Ability to translate complex statistics into clear results and recommendations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., FCRA, GLBA) is a plus
• Comfort with travel up to 30% for remote role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales on core products, solutions, SOWs, and pricing
• Collaborate with Data Science on POC design and execution
• Tailor strategies for prospective clients using industry/domain expertise
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback for product ideas
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing (blogs, whitepapers, webinars)
• Translate technical concepts for both internal and external audiences
• Support project stakeholders to align resources and priorities
• Act as a day-to-day technical resource for sales engagements (field and channel)
• Mentor junior Solution Consulting team members
