Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to drive onboarding and outcomes for clients using our AI-powered identity verification and risk platform. You will lead implementation, define architectures, and tailor configurations with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize AI signals, automate workflows, and ensure measurable ROI across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of identity or fraud related experience in technical implementation, solution consulting or support engineering.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process, ensuring timely deployments.
• Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture and tailor implementations.
• Develop and refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.
• Lead onboarding efforts configuring AI and automation for client needs.
• Guide clients through integrating AI-powered signals into their tech stacks.
• Translate client goals into optimized platform configurations leveraging Socure's models.
• Analyze acceptance rates and model performance to fine-tune configurations.
• Design and implement automated decisioning flows to reduce manual reviews.
• Diagnose deployment issues, ensuring data pipeline integrity and API performance.
