Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead delivery of Sales Performance Management solutions across planning, territory management, and incentive compensation. You will own end-to-end delivery workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and partner with Solution Architects to design scalable, accurate models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing or consulting on Sales Performance Management and related sales tech.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Strong ability to map complex systems and build scalable models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally in the US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope across territory management, planning, and incentive compensation.
• Design and build scalable solutions across the SPM suite with ownership of commissions and statements.
• Configure incentive compensation, tiered structures, and real-time statements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery workstreams and mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and product teams; support pre-sales when needed.
