Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect for Sales Performance Management (SPM) engagements. You will design and lead end-to-end SPM solutions across modules like Sales Planning, Maps, and Enterprise Territory Management, translating customer strategy into scalable, long-term architectures.

You will drive discovery, define the blueprint, and mentor others while collaborating with product teams to deliver on time and within scope. This is a hands-on, billable role with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Performance Management or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise in compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Executive-level communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in the US or Canada with travel as needed.
• Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops for end-to-end functional solution.
• Translate requirements into a Salesforce-based solution.
• Own the functional design and configuration across the SPM suite.
• Apply AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery.
• Define design standards and governance of scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data.
• Mentor teammates and drive best practices.
