Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will work across the SPM portfolio—Maps, Planning, Spiff, Programs, and Territory Management—to translate a customer’s strategy into a scalable, long-term framework.

You will lead discovery, own the functional architecture, and guide build efforts while collaborating with product teams to deliver on-time, in-scope outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in SPM, ICM, sales planning or related tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise in compensation, planning, territory, enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based solution.
• Oversee design and configuration across SPM modules including maps, planning, programs, territory management.
• Mentor teammates and drive best practices and reusable assets.
