Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end Sales Performance Management engagements across the SPM portfolio, translating a customer’s strategy into a scalable, well‑architected solution. You own the functional design, guide the build, and set design standards.

This hands‑on, billable role reports to the Specialized Services organization and requires collaboration with Senior Solution Architects, Solution Consultants, and Salesforce product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SPM, ICM, or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain and cross‑product solution design.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect and document end‑to‑end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce‑based solution, including maps and planning modules.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite and related apps.
• Provide governance of design standards and align with technical architects on integrations and data.
