Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management solutions across the SPM portfolio, including compensation, planning, territory management, and enablement. You will translate customer strategies into scalable, well-architected implementations, lead discovery, and ensure high-quality delivery in a billable, hands-on role.

You will collaborate with Senior Architects, Solution Consultants, and product teams to drive successful deployments,

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), sales planning, or related sales technology solutions.
Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
Proven ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with customer stakeholders to define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
Lead discovery and design workshops, architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
Define the solution blueprint, best practices, and design standards; oversee scope and quality.
Mentor team members and support pre-sales activities including discovery and POC development.
