Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design end-to-end SPM solutions for Sales Performance Management engagements. You will lead discovery, define the functional architecture across Maps, Planning, Spiff, and Territories, and ensure scalability aligned with customer growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SPM or related sales tech implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate strategy into well-architected Salesforce-based solutions.
• Executive-level communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring team members and guiding project work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define the SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Translate sales performance strategy into a well-architected Salesforce solution.
• Own the functional design across SPM suite including Maps, Planning, Spiff, Territories.
• Define blueprint, best practices, and design standards; govern scope and quality.
• Partner with Technical Architects to align design with integrations and data.
• Mentor consultants; support pre-sales activities and reusable assets.
• Advise customers on SPM operating model and adoption.
