Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements. You will translate compensation, planning, territory, and enablement into scalable Salesforce-based solutions. This is a hands-on, billable role guiding discovery, design, and governance across engagements.

You will work with Senior/Technical Architects and product teams to ensure alignment with data, integrations, and development efforts while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM/ICM and related sales tech.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions.
• Executive-level communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define SPM solution vision, roadmap, and deliverables.
• Lead discovery and design workshops and document end-to-end functional solutions.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite, including integrations.
