Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Business Technical Architect for the Engage Central Platform to lead design, solutioning, and build of our unified customer engagement platform used by Expert Services and Partner consultants worldwide.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure architecture integrity, platform performance, and high-quality delivery across the full lifecycle, while guiding development teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience including development, administration, and architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow products like CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM, or similar enterprise workflows.
• Expertise in building custom ServiceNow apps with advanced data models, rules, workflows, UI, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and follow best practices.
• Manage single-instance, multi-tenant Engage Central architecture with data isolation and access control.
• Develop technical design documents, diagrams, and specs for development teams and vendors.
• Lead integrations between Engage Central and external systems via REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Oversee platform upgrades, performance, and governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership to scrum teams and ensure code quality through reviews.
