Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Architect for the Engage Central Platform. You will lead architecture across multi-tenant Engage Central, designing scalable ServiceNow solutions and ensuring security and performance at scale.

You will partner with Business Analysts, development teams, and Digital Technologies to deliver AI-enabled integrations, governance, and best practices. Travel up to 25% may be required; remote options available.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience including development, administration, and architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow products such as CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM, or similar enterprise workflows.
• Expertise in building custom ServiceNow apps with advanced data models, rules, workflows, UI, and API integration.
• Experience optimizing platform scalability and performance for high-availability architectures.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture, data isolation, access control, domain separation, and security best practices.
• Excellent ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Design: Design scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and follow best practices.
• Platform Development & Implementation: Deploy ServiceNow applications across CSM, SPM, and other suites with integrations via REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Development Team Leadership & Quality Assurance: Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
• Platform Governance & Enterprise Collaboration: Ensure architecture complies with IT standards and security requirements.
• Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement: Establish performance metrics and maintain runbooks and disaster recovery plans.
