Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Technical Architect in the ServiceNow Business Group to architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, lead teams of developers, and advise Fortune 500 clients. This role emphasizes governance, platform strategy, and strong executive communication.

You will drive improvements to our implementation methodology, mentor engineers, and work with account teams to deliver high-impact digital transformations across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in a Technical Architecture, Lead Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role.
• Minimum 8 years' experience driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy.
• Minimum 6 years' experience leading ServiceNow Developers/Architects and setting technical direction.
• Minimum 6 years' hands-on experience with architectural standards, code reviews, and platform governance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with advanced scripting on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical capacity.
• Provide structured, process-oriented guidance to ensure order and governance.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to identify value opportunities for clients.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders with thought leadership on governance and technical strategy.
