Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Architect within the ServiceNow Business Group to design and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. You will lead initiatives, roll up your sleeves to craft new applications, and advise C‑suite clients on governance and program strategies.

You will mentor teams, influence architects, and drive platform governance across enterprise IT programs, including agile delivery models and cross‑functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years with ServiceNow in technical architecture or senior role.
• 8+ years transforming IT platforms in consulting or services.
• 6+ years leading and mentoring developers or architects.
• 6+ years enforcing architectural standards and reviews.
• 3+ ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of implementation methods and offerings.
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow teams in technical management roles.
• Provide governance, design reviews, and architecture direction.
• Engage sponsors and stakeholders with solution options and risk assessment.
