Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Technical Architect in the ServiceNow Business Group to design and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will lead teams, advise C‑Suite clients, and drive platform governance while expanding our service offerings and training opportunities.

Role involves travel as needed within the US. Applicants should have 10+ years with ServiceNow, strong architecture experience, and relevant certifications, with a background in consulting or professional services highly

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in a Technical Architecture/Lead Engineer role.
• Minimum 8 years' enterprise IT transformation experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Minimum 6 years' experience mentoring ServiceNow Developers or Technical Architects.
• Minimum 6 years' experience establishing architectural/engineering standards and governance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with scripting and development on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, APIs).
• Minimum 6 years' experience delivering Agile projects (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe or hybrid).
• Three ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Direct and mentor ServiceNow development teams in a technical capacity.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders with clear options, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities and value.
• Contribute to platform governance and engineering standards.
