Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly technical Enterprise Architect to define the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps for customer communications and marketing technology across CVS Health businesses. You will partner with engineering teams to design integrations, data flows, APIs, and enabling infrastructure.

This role will guide platform modernization, governance, and cloud strategy, evaluating Adobe, Salesforce, consent management, and enterprise messaging capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years technology experience in enterprise/solution architecture.
• Experience architecting large-scale software platforms, cloud infra, integrations, APIs.
• Hands-on architecture within customer communications or engagement tech.
• Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, AEP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and event-driven integration.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Architect scalable platforms for customer communications and journey management.
• Guide platform modernization across Adobe, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Design API-led, event-driven integrations with data and cloud.
• Establish governance, standards, and reference architectures.
