CVS Health is seeking a highly technical Enterprise/Solution Architect to define the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for the customer communications and marketing tech ecosystem.

You will architect scalable platforms across Adobe, Salesforce, consent, preferences, and enterprise messaging, guiding engineering teams through API-led integrations and data relationships. Remote work from the continental USA is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of technology experience including 5+ years in architecture roles.
• Experience with enterprise, platform, or solution architecture across large-scale software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for CVS Health's customer communications ecosystem.
• Architect scalable platforms across customer communications, campaigns, data, consent, and archives.
• Lead platform modernization beyond Adobe, including Salesforce and other strategic platforms.
• Design API-led, event-driven integrations connecting platforms to data and cloud services.
• Translate business capabilities into implementable technical designs and data models.
• Guide engineering teams through complex designs without coding personally.
• Engage executives with architectural trade-offs, risks and investment options.
