Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly technical Enterprise Architect to define target-state architecture and a multi-year roadmap across customer communications and marketing technology.

You will design scalable platforms, guide modernization from Adobe and Salesforce, and enable API-led integrations with enterprise data and cloud services.

This fully remote role allows US-based candidates to contribute across Caremark, Aetna, and other CVS Health units while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with 5+ years in enterprise, platform, or solution architecture.
• Experience architecting large-scale software platforms, data flows, and integrations.
• Hands-on architecture in customer communications or marketing tech.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Experience Cloud family.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for CVS Health's customer communications and marketing technology ecosystem.
• Architect scalable platforms across customer communications, campaign management, data, consent, and archival capabilities.
• Guide modernization toward Salesforce/Adobe ecosystems and other strategic platforms.
• Design API-led, event-driven integrations linking data, identity, and cloud services.
• Translate business capabilities into technical designs including APIs and data models.
• Engage executives, communicate trade-offs, risks, and investment options.
