Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly technical Enterprise Architect to define the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for the company’s customer communications ecosystem. Qualifications

10+ years of technology experience in enterprise, platform, or solution architecture roles.
Experience architecting large-scale software platforms, including cloud infra, integrations, and APIs.
Hands-on architecture experience in customer communications, marketing tech, or related domains.
Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud/Manager/Journey Optimizer and consent management.
Ability to guide engineering teams through complex technical designs without acting as the primary coder.

Responsibilities

Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for CVS Health's customer communications and marketing tech ecosystem.
Architect scalable platforms across customer communications, campaigns, data, consent, and archival capabilities.
Guide platform modernization, focusing on Adobe, Salesforce, and related technologies.
Design API-led, event-driven integrations connecting platforms with data, identity, cloud, and business apps.
Translate business capabilities into implementable designs including APIs and data structures.
Lead platform governance, standards, and pattern reuse across teams.
Engage with senior stakeholders to present trade-offs, risks, and investment options.
Evaluate AI/automation use cases in customer communications with governance controls.
