Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a technical Enterprise Architect to define target-state architecture and roadmaps for customer communications, integrating Adobe, Salesforce, consent management, and enterprise messaging at scale.

You will partner with engineering teams to design integrations, data flows, APIs, and cloud patterns while ensuring security, compliance, and cost effectiveness across CVS Health's technology stack. This is a remote-friendly role in the continental USA.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology experience in enterprise/solution architecture.
Experience architecting large-scale software platforms with data flows & integrations.
Hands-on architecture across enterprise and solution domains.
Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
Knowledge of REST, event-driven patterns, data modeling, and cloud infra.
Understanding of privacy/compliance in outbound communications.

Responsibilities

Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps for CVS Health's customer communications ecosystem.
Architect scalable platforms across communications, personalization, data, consent, and archival capabilities.
Guide modernization across Adobe, Salesforce and related platforms.
Design API-led, event-driven integrations connecting platforms with data and cloud infra.
Translate business capabilities into technical designs and patterns.
Lead delivery partnerships with engineering teams, ensuring security, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
Engage executives with architectural recommendations and trade-offs.
