CVS Health is seeking a highly technical Enterprise/Platform Architect to define target-state architecture and roadmaps for its customer communications ecosystem. You will partner with engineering to design integrations, data flows, APIs, and enabling infrastructure across CVS Health brands.

The role emphasizes scalable, compliant platforms with deep experience in Salesforce, Adobe, consent management, and enterprise messaging. Remote work from anywhere in the continental USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with 5+ years in enterprise/platform/solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps for CVS Health customer communications ecosystem.
• Architect scalable platforms across customer communications, campaign management, personalization, and data flows.
• Guide platform modernization focusing on Adobe, Salesforce, and related platforms.
• Design API-led, event-driven integrations with enterprise data, identity, cloud and apps.
• Translate business capabilities into implementable technical designs including APIs and data models.
• Architect outbound channels (email, SMS, push) and ensure governance, consent controls, and compliance.
• Embed consent, preferences, retention, and archival capabilities into platform architecture.
• Shape data flows, identity resolution, and high-volume data processing for enterprise communications.
• Guide cloud and infrastructure decisions within GCP and broader ecosystem.
• Lead vendor assessments, proofs of concept, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Establish architecture standards, reviews, and debt-management patterns.
