Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions; strong analytical skills.
• Advanced ability to model complex incentive and planning logic in formulas or Excel and in the platform.
• Strong data concepts and collaboration with Technical Architects without coding background required.
• Executive-level communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to scope, define, and manage work packages; support pre-sales qualification.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate customer requirements into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution; identify gaps.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership across SPM components (Salesforce Maps, Planning, Spiff, Programs, ETM).
• Define blueprint, best practices, and design standards; oversee scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to align design with integrations and data.
• Mentor team members; support pre-sales activities and proposals.
• Advise customers on operating model, adoption, and best practices.
