Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect for Sales Performance Management engagements. Lead end-to-end design across the SPM portfolio including Sales Programs, Spiff, and Enterprise Territory Management; translate a customer's strategy into scalable, long-term solutions.

You will own discovery, functional architecture, and oversee builds, partnering with teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Extensive travel to support clients across the US and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management, ICM, planning, or related sales tech solutions.
• Strong functional expertise across the SPM domain including compensation and territory.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions with strong analytical skills.
• Advanced ability to model complex incentive and planning logic, in Excel or formula form and on the platform.
• Understanding data concepts (data modeling and quality) to work with Technical Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate sales performance requirements into a Salesforce-based solution across Maps, Planning, Spiff, Programs, and Territory Management.
• Own the functional design and configuration leadership for the SPM portfolio and ensure scalable, accurate implementations.
