Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SPM, ICM, or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define SPM vision, roadmap, and deliverables.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; document end-to-end functional solution.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce-based architecture across maps, planning, and programs.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across SPM suite.
