Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of its most complex utility-scale solar EPC projects. You will operate independently, ensuring safe, timely, and financially disciplined delivery while developing future project leaders.

You will mentor PMs, APMs, PEs, and field engineers, elevating management standards and strengthening client, owner, and partner relationships across the project delivery culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale EPC construction projects, preferably utility-scale solar or renewables.
• Strong understanding of EPC execution, engineering workflows, and procurement strategy.
• Mastery of financial reporting, cost controls, and commercial management.
• Exceptional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to mentor and develop project talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC projects from NTP through final acceptance.
• Oversee multiple project phases, aligning with design standards, construction practices, schedules, and commercial requirements.
• Provide strategic decision-making support to field teams and proactively resolve issues.
• Support Preconstruction with estimating, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, and subcontractor evaluation.
• Model safety and quality leadership, driving improvements and corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets with forecasting, cost trending, and margin protection.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, notices, risk exposures, and change management.
• Provide executive reporting on financial performance, risks, and variance drivers.
