Responsibilities

• Own pursuit from RFP release through award.
• Define win strategy with Business Development.
• Lead risk reviews and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate input from Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling, and Operations.
• Transition awarded bids to Post-Award team and support negotiations.
