Job summary

CoVolt Power is a leading utility-scale EPC company delivering solar, battery energy storage and high-voltage infrastructure across North America. The Preconstruction Pursuit Manager will lead all pre-award activities for solar EPC pursuits, guiding strategy, risk posture, and proposal execution from RFP to award in a remote role with up to 10% travel.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Estimating, Operations and Leadership to ensure win strategy, scope alignment, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
Strong understanding of EPC contracts and risk allocation.
Experience leading complex proposals or pursuits in construction or energy infrastructure.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Utility-scale solar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own all proposal deliverables from RFP release through award.
Coordinate input from Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling, Preconstruction, Procurement and Operations to ensure scope alignment.
Maintain schedule, budget, and deliverables; manage clarifications and BAFO rounds.
Support client presentations, interviews, and negotiations.
Transition to post-award with risk register and execution plan.
