Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle execution of large-scale utility solar EPC projects. This role ensures safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance, providing day-to-day leadership to the project team and managing client relationships.

You will work across preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, quality, and safety, coordinating with Owners, senior PMs, and field staff. Travel to Chattanooga and Houston offices or work remotely is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in utility-scale solar or large renewable projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities from contract award through client acceptance.
• Ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Support preconstruction estimates and buyout activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress and financials.
