Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee HV PC projects, taking full responsibility for their success from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, and communications with clients and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality across our North American projects.

This role requires coordinating with Pre-Construction, Procurement and Engineering to optimize pricing, timelines, and design packages, while guiding the project team and managing travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in Construction Project Management.
• Ability to travel to the construction project sites.
• Experience with civil, construction, mechanical, or electrical HV work is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of contractual and financial obligations to complete the project on-time and within budget.
• Perform and present all budgeting, billing, tracking and reporting of the project.
• Develop, update and report on critical path project schedules.
• Lead project meetings to update and track progress.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction, Procurement and Engineering on procurement strategy.
• Proactively manage engineering and vendor drawings to ensure timely design packages.
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to meet contract dates.
• Resolve project and vendor/subcontractor issues.
• Coordinate daily with Site Managers to verify items and quantities.
• Negotiate with vendors for materials and services; manage client/vendor relationships.
