Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle execution of its most complex utility-scale solar EPC projects. You will operate with independent judgment to ensure safe, on-time, and financially disciplined delivery while strengthening client relationships and project teams.

You will mentor Project Managers and engineers, drive safety and quality, manage budgets and change control, and provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale EPC construction projects (utility-scale solar or renewables).
• Strong knowledge of EPC execution, engineering workflows, procurement strategy.
• Mastery of financial reporting, cost controls and commercial management.
• Exceptional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor developing project talent and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC projects from NTP through final acceptance.
• Oversee multiple project phases concurrently ensuring schedule, design, and commercial alignment.
• Provide strategic decision-making support to field teams and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Support preconstruction through estimating, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, and subcontractor evaluation.
• Model safety and quality leadership; drive improvement initiatives and corrective-action culture.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost-trending, margin protection, and commercial strategy.
• Lead contract administration, notices, change management, and risk exposures.
