Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a Project Manager to lead large-scale solar EPC projects from inception through delivery. You will guide the team to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep understanding of EPC construction for renewable energy, and a proactive approach to risk and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, renewable energy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on utility-scale solar or large renewables.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.
• Experience with safety standards (OSHA) and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale solar EPC projects from contract award to client acceptance.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, and schedules; ensure design and construction align with requirements.
• Foster client relationships and proactive communication with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Champion safety and quality, ensuring adherence to standards and company policies.
