Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of its most complex utility-scale EPC projects. You will drive safe, on-time, and financially disciplined delivery while shaping future project leaders and elevating PM standards.

You will partner with owners, lenders, and internal teams to navigate technical and contractual challenges, mentoring teams and sustaining a culture of disciplined execution across Signal's project delivery framework.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale EPC projects, preferably utility-scale solar.
Strong command of EPC execution, engineering workflows, and sequencing.
Proven financial management: reporting, cost controls, margins.
Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC projects from NTP through final acceptance.
Oversee multiple phases, aligning with design, construction, schedule and commercial requirements.
Provide strategic decision-making support to field teams and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
Manage budgets, contract administration, claims, notices and risk exposures.
Lead safety, quality initiatives and continuous improvement across project teams.
Mentor Project Managers and engineers to build a strong succession pipeline.
Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, financials, and milestone health.
