Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large, complex EPC solar projects. You will guide safety, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating with field teams and key stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor Project Managers, APMs, PEs and engineers, raise project delivery standards, and reinforce disciplined execution across multi-phase scopes. Strong leadership and client-facing communication are essential.

• Experience leading large-scale EPC solar projects.
• Strong financial and commercial management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC solar projects from NTP through final acceptance.
• Oversee multiple project phases with design, construction, and commissioning alignment.
• Provide strategic decision-making support and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change management.
• Ensure rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all work.
• Lead risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies with senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, APMs, PEs and field engineers.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and financials.
