CoVolt Power seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our most complex utility-scale solar EPC projects, from NTP to final acceptance. You will operate with independence, ensuring safe, timely, and financially disciplined delivery while mentoring future project leaders.

This role requires navigating technical, commercial, and contractual challenges, strengthening client and partner relationships, and modeling high-performance project delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Lead large-scale EPC construction projects with strong safety, schedule, and budget discipline.
• Experience managing complex or multi-phase projects from NTP to final acceptance.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop project delivery talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC projects from NTP through final acceptance.
• Oversee multiple project phases, aligning design, construction, schedule and commercial needs.
• Provide strategic decision support to field teams and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Drive safety and quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost trends, and change management.
