Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of its most complex solar EPC projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires driving safety, schedule discipline, and financial performance while managing client relationships and cross-functional teams. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with owners, engineers, and field teams to ensure high-quality, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, renewable energy, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in leading complex or large-scale EPC projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale EPC construction projects, preferably utility-scale solar or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of large, complex EPC projects from NTP through final acceptance.
• Oversee multiple project phases concurrently, ensuring alignment with design standards, construction best practices, schedule commitments, and commercial requirements.
• Provide strategic decision-making support to field teams and proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Support preconstruction through estimating, constructability reviews, procurement strategy, and subcontractor evaluation for major scopes.
• Model exceptional safety behavior and ensure field teams uphold safety expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a transparent corrective-action culture around safety and quality.
• Oversee contract administration and major commercial events, including claims, notices, risk exposures, and change management.
• Provide executive-level reporting on financial performance, risks, and variance drivers.
