Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high‑quality deliverables.
• Experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Proficient at writing/executing test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, LoadRunner).
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Familiar with version control (Git, Subversion).
• Understanding of performance testing (JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience with defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Knowledge of databases and SQL for validating data.
• Experience testing web apps, APIs, services.
• Understanding of security testing practices and tools.
• Experience with various testing types (functional, regression, integration, system, Usability, UAT).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure information systems meet standards and user needs.
• Develop test plans, schedules, and approaches.
• Write test cases/scripts and identify data for test scenarios.
• Conduct walkthroughs of tests with stakeholders.
• Perform and lead tests to ensure defect-free operation.
• Verify work products per defined methods and environment.
• Document and communicate test results.
• Support analysis of test results and resolution of issues.
• Document and work to resolve complex problems.
• Report progress on problem resolution to management.
• Devise improvements to current procedures and develop future configurations.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting.
• Occasionally perform other IT systems engineering activities.
• Apply technical principles to projects.
• Receive objectives and set goals to meet them.
• Provide direction to employees.

• Provide technical solutions to difficult problems.
