Qualifications
- 7+ years of Software Development experience with Agile
- 5+ years building microservices (Python, Java Spring Boot)
- 3+ years leading distributed remote software teams
- 3+ years containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- 2+ years cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- 1+ years experience with AI frameworks and AI-based web services
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Specialty Pharmacy technology assets
- Improve engineering practices to boost efficiency, time-to-market and product quality
- Manage and mentor engineering teams across multiple geographies
- Oversee hiring, performance management and career growth for team members
- Collaborate with Business, Product and Tech partners to support roadmap delivery
- Coordinate onshore and offshore vendor staffing and partnerships
- Drive long-term technology strategy aligned with healthcare trends
- Travel up to 10% within the U.S. as needed
