Qualifications
- 7+ years in software development with Agile experience.
- 3+ years leading distributed remote engineering teams.
- 3+ years containerization with Kubernetes and Docker.
- 2+ years cloud experience (GCP preferred).
- 1+ year with AI/GenAI based web services and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, framework and development of specialty pharmacy technology assets.
- Assess engineering practices, drive improvement and time-to-market.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams across multiple geographies.
- Manage hiring, performance and career growth with measurable goals.
- Collaborate with business, product and technology partners on the roadmap.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore vendor staffing and partnerships.
- Drive long-term tech strategy based on healthcare trends.
- Travel up to 10% within the United States as needed.
