CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Software Development Engineering to lead a high-energy Specialty Pharmacy Engineering team. You will be accountable for building and executing multi-year technology roadmaps, focusing on operational efficiency and value-stream savings while partnering with Strategy, Operations, and Product to modernize systems in the digital health landscape.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience using Agile methods.
- 5+ years building microservices with Python/Java (Spring Boot).
- 3+ years leading distributed, remote engineering teams.
- 3+ years containerization with Kubernetes and Docker.
- 2+ years cloud experience, preferably GCP.
- 1+ years with AI/generative AI frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Specialty pharmacy products and assets.
- Improve engineering practices, efficiency, time-to-market, and quality.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams across platforms.
- Manage people: hiring, performance, career growth, coaching.
- Collaborate with Business, Product and Technology to deliver roadmaps.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore staffing with vendors.
- Drive long-term technology strategy through research and innovation.
- Travel up to 10% within the United States.
