Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience using Agile methods.
• 5+ years building microservices with Python and Java (Spring Boot).
• 3+ years leading distributed remote engineering teams.
• 2+ years containerization with Kubernetes & Docker, etc.
• 1+ year of cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 1+ year applying Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI web-services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of specialty pharmacy products and tech assets.
• Improve engineering practices to boost time to market and quality.
• Guide engineering teams across diverse platforms and locations.
• Manage people: hiring, performance, career growth, coaching.
• Partner with Business, Product and Technology to align roadmaps.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore vendors for staffing.
• Drive long-term tech strategy and innovative asset development.
• Travel up to 10% within the United States as needed.
