Serco invites applications for a Senior Level Software Engineer to support the USAF AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. You will help develop, test, and rapidly field software for weapon systems and related equipment, integrating acquisition, development, and sustainment activities to support the warfighter.

Candidates should have an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in engineering with 10+ years’ DoD experience, or a Bachelor’s with 15+ years, and hands-on

Formación

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access.
• Masters degree with 10+ years DoD engineering experience or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience in last 8 years.
• Recent hands-on software development or analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsabilidades

• Develop software engineering strategies for weapon systems.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements for software.
• Audit DoD contractor software deliveries for quality and configuration management.
• Analyze software performance deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate contractor proposed design changes and perform systems analyses.
• Review system design, software architecture, and interoperability.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in testing and data analysis.
• Support development and review of program documentation and proposals.
• Perform technical risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
