Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the USAF AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will lead electrical system design, integration, and verification efforts for aeronautical platforms, advising leadership and coordinating with contractors.

The role requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a B.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (ABET-accredited) with 12+ years’ DoD/contractor experience or a Master’s with 10+ years, and SAP experience

Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with ≥12 years DoD/contractor experience.
Master's degree with ABET Bachelor's and ≥10 years DoD/contractor experience.
Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

Perform RD&E duties for electrical devices/systems on aeronautical vehicle systems and related avionics.
Serve as technical expert advising leadership on sustaining engineering.
Develop and review system electrical/electronic design baselines and interoperability requirements.
Translate user requirements into system requirements for software, electrical, and electronic components.
Provide integration support for acquisition, development, sustainment, and verification of systems and software.
