Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK.

The role involves developing software strategies for weapon systems, translating requirements into system designs, and conducting evaluations of contractor software deliveries. Ideal candidates will have an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, hands-on development experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP access and a current background investigation.
• Hands-on software development or analysis experience within the last 3 years.
• Travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Develop software engineering strategies for weapon systems and related subsystems.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements for software design and testing.
• Evaluate DoD contractor software deliveries and assess performance defects.
• Review software architecture and interoperability requirements.
• Conduct system/test data analysis and provide mitigation recommendations.
