Job summary

Serco Inc. in Ohio seeks a Senior SME Software Engineer to support AFLCMC/WAG at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee CI/CD pipelines, evaluate software designs, and translate user requirements into system specifications for DoD programs.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP access, a Master’s degree in Engineering, and extensive DoD experience. Travel up to 10% may be required as you coordinate with prime contractors and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access eligibility.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 20+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee software architecture for CI/CD pipelines in DoD programs.
• Assess interfaces between software, firmware, and hardware.
• Participate in software reviews and transition to CI/CD using MBSE.
• Review system design software architecture and interoperability requirements.
• Develop and evaluate test plans, data, and contractor proposals.
