Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SME Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee CI/CD software architecture, assess contractor designs, and translate user requirements into system requirements using MBSE.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a Master’s degree in engineering, and substantial DoD experience. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility
• MS in Engineering with extensive DoD experience
• DoD SAP/SCI experience preferred within last 5 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS

Responsibilities

• Oversee software engineering architecture for CI/CD pipelines in DoD programs
• Evaluate contractor software designs for performance, interoperability, and traceability
• Translate user requirements into system requirements and MBSE models
• Review software test plans and analyze data to recommend improvements
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and government representatives on software activities
