Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for PremierOne, Flex and Emergency Call Handling software. This remote role travels 25-50% in the Southeast, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and CMSO teams to ensure contract delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer success/public safety, or 5+ years in sales/public safety.
• Background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment and CS teams.
• Ensure execution of service agreements and deployment of field resources.
• Manage escalations and improve time to resolution.
• Explain technical problems and solutions to team or clients.
• Coordinate changes including cloud releases and reconfigurations and upgrades.
