Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a remote Senior Customer Success role focused on PremierOne, Flex and Emergency Call Handling software. You will ensure contractual obligations are met, leverage expert knowledge of our public safety software and drive resources to resolve complex issues across customers.

The position requires 25-50% travel within the Southeast region, collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams, and building trusted technical relationships while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of customer success/public safety experience.
• 5+ years in CommandCenter Software or Mobile Video Deployment related areas.
• Strong understanding of Motorola Software and Video products, API technologies, software architecture and cloud deployment.
• Proficiency in Agile project management.
• Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Accountable and responsible for the execution of service agreements, deployment of field resources, reduction in time to resolution, and escalation management.
• Delivers consistent service levels by exceeding customer expectations and managing customer escalations.
• Builds value-added relationships within the domain of the account to become the trusted technical advisor to the customer.
• Maintains awareness of all complex service matters including technical solutions implementations and activities.
• Reporting on technical performance, and providing reviews of relevant service requests open within a customer's environment.
