Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SMR - EPC to lead planning, execution, and performance for a portfolio of nuclear EPC projects. You will ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while aligning with Rosendin standards and client expectations.

The role requires 12–15 years in construction operations with 5+ years in senior leadership, EPC experience in regulated environments, and OSHA 30-hour safety training. A PMP is preferred and travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• Proven EPC project leadership in nuclear or heavy industrial environments.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and safety training is required.
• PM certification such as PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of SMR EPC projects aligned with business objectives and Rosendin standards.
• Translate strategies into actionable execution plans with priorities and measurable deliverables.
• Manage portfolio performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership across the full EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to turnover and closeout.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for complex nuclear projects.
